Having worked across a vast range of projects, I have a good appreciation for what you need. I will also LISTEN to what you want to get out of training. Sometimes, I'm just a fresh voice to drive an important message home.

As someone who meets all the requirements for assessing NZQA asbestos units, my training is not just relevant, based in the real world and full of humour; it is compliant.

Asbestos Related Work

Tradies are the highest risk group of workers at present for exposure to asbestos or causing exposure to others.

I doubt anyone is doing that on purpose.

Management of Asbestos

Being a PCBU of a workplace involves juggling a lot of pressing responsibilities, asbestos is just one of many. Or being a project manager and someone mentions asbestos can make you regret your life choices.

Dealing with asbestos is necessary, but I get how it is another headache.

Thanks for asking - more people need to do their due diligence on who is is providing them training!

I have been an asbestos surveyor, lab analyst and assessor since 2012. In that time, I have worked with many stakeholders to deliver projects. This gives me a solid understanding of what people need from their training.

Since 2020, I followed my passion for sharing asbestos knowledge into training. In 2021, I started delivering NZQA unit standard training, contracting to Private Training Establishments as their subject matter expert.

Over time, I have become the leader in this space in New Zealand.

Absolutely - I can do any training anywhere in NZ. For asbestos awareness, I can even offer the training online via webinar, or through my trusted partner, Asbestos Aware for eLearning.

For asbestos removal training, practical assessment is necessary. Making the practical as close to real life as possible is super important, in my opinion.
